Taste the Adelaide Hills Region on the pre-conference half day bus tour indulging in cheese, chocolate, juice and wine. As we travel through Paramangk country meet some of the inspiring women in agribusiness and their families and hear their personal journey, leadership and of course showcasing their fabulous products.

Cost is $55 per head + GST.
The tour has a maximum of 24 people.

Itinerary
12.30pm     Meet at the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre 
12:30pm     Udder Delights platter lunch with Sheree Sullivan at Adelaide Hills Convention Centre
1:45pm        Board bus and travel to The Lane
2:00pm        Wine tasting and discussion with Helen Edwards (also Chair Adelaide Hills Tourism)
3:00pm        Board bus and travel to Nairne
3:15pm        Ashton Valley Juice new development with Joyce and Sandra Ceravolo
4:15pm        Travel to Gumeracha
                          Talk with Paramangk leader Issobelle Campbell
                          Ochre Nation with Laura Carter for gin tasting and chocolate tasting with Yvi Ullmer from Red Cacao            
6.00pm         Board bus and travel back to Hahndorf
6:30pm        Arrive Adelaide Hills Convention Centre

Udder Delights is a family owned and operated business based in the pristine Adelaide Hills. Saul & Sheree Sullivan, and Sheree’s father Trevor Dunford, are the people behind the brand. Together they have displayed a synergy of talents, effort and vision to build a business and brand that is well respected within the national food industry. Sheree lives in the Adelaide Hills and has been making cheese since 1999. Join this Adelaide artisan who has been referred to as the Cheese Queen for a delicious platter lunch.
 
Helen Edwards – The Lane, Co-founder and Adelaide Hills Tourism, Chair
Helen Edwards is co founder of The Lane Vineyard, a thriving wine tourism business in the Adelaide Hills. Helen is currently Chair of Adelaide Hills Tourism and has had extensive experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industries. Join Helen for at The Lane for their famous wine flight where Helen will share her perspective on the great opportunities of a career in either field and tell you some inside stories
 
Joyce Ceravolo – Ashton Valley
A PASSION for fresh produce runs in the blood of third-generation fruit grower Joyce Ceravolo, with their family's involvement in the horticulture industry dating back 60 years to when her grandfather emigrated to Australia and operated a market garden. Come and have a chat to Joyce, Ashton Valley Fresh's quality assurance and research and development manager, about her family’s approach to the inter-generational handover and visit their next exciting project at Nairne.
 
Laura Carter, Ochre Nation
Set in the former 1920s Gumeracha Coldstores, Laura and her husband Brendan Carter’s production site now enables visitors to see the crew at work in the winery and distillery while tasting the results. Achieving the goals of their 15-year business plan in just five years, their minimal intervention and native produce ethos has captured the zeitgeist as consumers make more ethical decisions about what they consume.
